Why? Quite simple; all Realtors belong to an Association of Realtors, and subscribe to the Multiple Listing Service known as MLS, which includes New Homes. In cooperation, we have access to all available homes for sale.
This saves you the time, effort, and sometimes frustration of calling all those numbers on signs. As your agents, Geary & Associates will do a computer search for what your looking for and match you up with your desired home. Most importantly, we do this without charging you a fee. How that is done, is all Realtors who put a home for sale already have agreed to cooperate with Buyers Agents and therefore share their fee from the Seller. You might think this would inflate the price of the home, but you would be mistaken; if there is no cooperating agent the sellers agent keeps the whole fee for themselves! If you should see a "Buy Owner" or any home for sale sign, WE can assist you there as well. WE will work for you! That is the importance of Buyer Agency!
